Silicone Mermaid Tail: Donning, Removal, and Care Instructions
1. After use, promptly drain any water from the tail. Once dry, lightly spray medical-grade alcohol inside the flipper and body to prevent cross-contamination.
2. Store in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight. Lay the tail flat on a smooth surface with its back (dorsal side) facing up. Ensure all side fins and flukes are laid flat.
3. Do not attempt to force the tail on if the size is incorrect.
4. Protect the tail from scratches by sharp objects.
5. Apply a lubricant (e.g., body lotion, hair conditioner) to your skin before donning or removing the tail.
6. Donning and removal should be performed on a smooth surface or in water. Do not forcefully pull on the dorsal fin or other parts for assistance.
7. When carrying the tail, it may be temporarily folded. Always support the weight by holding firm parts like the flipper; do not drag or lift the tail by pulling on the fins, flukes, or other small-area components.
8. Do not wear the tail to drag, rub, or roll on dry land.
9. Store the tail with dust protection. Do not place heavy objects on top of it. If the surface is dusty or dirty before reuse, clean with a mild, acid-free detergent solution.
10. Inexperienced users must operate under professional supervision. Individuals with skin diseases or bacterial/fungal infections are prohibited from use.
11. For minor repairs, ensure the area is clean and completely dry before starting. Do not move the tail until the repair has fully cured/set.
12. When packaging the tail for professional repair, do not twist or compress it to save space. In hot weather, include an ice pack to prevent heat damage to the silicone.
13. Address any damage immediately upon discovery. Do not continue using a damaged tail, as this may worsen the problem.
14. Perform a thorough inspection of the tail both before and after each use.
For after-sales service, free repairs are offered for non-human damage within one month, but shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Repairs after one month are chargeable, depending on the extent of damage. In the case of minor accidental damage, a repair tutorial can be provided upon request.
